It’s just not worth it. The noise from traffic and the train is something that makes living there regrettable. The apartments are cheaply built, feels like living inside a cardboard box. It gets really cold in winter with poor insulation. The only nice thing is the park, but you’d probably feel discouraged going outside because the lifts take forever even with four lifts. I’ve had people park in our designated parking spot multiple times, and got away with it each time. Every too often there’s someone at the parking entrance without a key trying to get in creating a long queue and then try to reverse out making it everyone’s problem. There’s congested traffic all the time and gets x10 when there’s an event or worse a sale at DFO. If you have an emergency and have to quickly drive out, you’re screwed. People complain about parcels going missing all the time. Delivery drivers take your order to a completely wrong building every now and then, but hey the view is nice unless your apartment is facing another building. Yeah no thanks. The apartments may look luxury but are anything but. Feels about as luxury as a golden necklace from temu.
